performs venipunctures, capillary punctures, collects throat swabs for culture and instructs patients on proper collection of urine specimens, labels and prepares specimens for transport. Responsible for scheduling outpatient testing procedures and any necessary pre-certification. The physician office coordinator is the primary liaison between Marhsall Medical Cneters and the physcian office. Strong customer service skills are imperative. Must be able to multi-task and work quickly, efficiently and be self motivated. The qualified appilcant must and a high school diploma or equivalent, ahve phlebotomy certification or have previous phlebotomy experience |
